Our practice (sadhana) is everything we do from the moment we wake up until we go to sleep. And so, moment by moment we are shaping our lives. Let’s make our life a work of art. And like every artist, in that work we must capture our creativity, putting all our attention and care to shape, polish and detail it.

Through the constant work of the artist, he will be able to make his heart blossom with his actions, and the most sincere songs will emanate from his voice and thoughts.

  • Dive in the heart of the Pyrenees, enjoying step by step the meditative hikes.



We have created a Resilient Response for all: establishing prices based on your current situation. We have decided to change the formula for all our retreats. Now, the price of each retreat includes full board accommodation, taxes and insurance coverage in case of accident, as well as civil responsibility. The teachings and activities will be asked to be paid on a donation basis. This way, we make the experience accessible for everybody who finds themselves in a challenging financial situation. This is a great opportunity to cultivate generosity and trust.

Yoga & Movement Classes

Yoga classes are for all levels of practice. The sessions combine Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga principles, as well as movement and mobility exercises.

There is one yoga class per day. The sessions are usually dynamic, except after the long meditative hikes there are gentle yoga classes.

Yoga classes are progressive, variations for different levels of practice and particular limitations are always offered.

Meditative Hiking

Meditative walks and hikes are esencial practices in our retreats. They are very simple and accesible for everyone. They help us to understand, through experience, our deep connection with nature.
It makes us notice in each step and in each breath, that the energy that exist inside us it is just the same as the energy that exists out there. Nature is our greatest teacher, silence and deep listening helps us enrich the experience She offers.

There will be a daily 90 minute meditative walk in nature, opening the senses and developing mindfulness.

Two days will be dedicated to meditative hiking, starting just after breakfast and coming back for a gentle yoga session. It is a perfect opportunity to enjoy the wonders of the the Ordesa National Park or surrounding areas.


Everyday there will be guided meditation sessions, in the morning and some nights before going to sleep. The best way to start and finish the day.

We practice simple techniques that are easy to carry on at home. We use universal elements to all of us as concentration objects, such as the breath, the body sensations, sounds, etc.

Tea Ceremony

A moment of silence to connect with nature, with yourself and with the group. Sharing a bowl of “living tea” we deepen all the richness that dwells in “the way of tea” (Cha Dao).

We give ourselves the opportunity to make from something ordinary something extraordinary and full of meaning.


In Sanskrit, Sat means truth and Sang means group or community.

Satsang is a gathering to share our concerns, questions, and our deepest insights. It is also a time to meditate together, contemplate nature and sing meditative songs or mantras.

Karma Yoga

Karma Yoga is Yoga in action = finding skillfulness and integration in any action.

We bring the principles of Yoga in everything we do. We invite you to practice Karma Yoga by helping us with simple tasks of the house as fetching water from the fountain, chopping vegetables, drying dishes, etc.

LEVELS: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced


The retreat starts on Tuesday, September 1st at 16h.
There will be an introduction and yoga class, followed by a dinner and a meditation.
The retreat finishes on Sunday, September 6th after brunch, at 12h.

All the activities of our retreats are offered on donation basis, it does not mean that they are free. Our dedication needs to be compensated to continue doing this work.


At the end of your stay you will be able to value what you received and offer a donation, in cash or credit card, according to your possibilities.

We like this idea because it makes it accessible to more people and according to each person’s possibilities. It also allows those in a more favorable situation to help those in a more difficult situation.

Given that “the donation” can cause confusion, we indicate some suggestions for you:

  •   Benefactor: 500 € or more
  •   Sponsor: 400 €
  •   Standard: 300 €
  •   Reduced: 200 €
  •   Super reduced: 150 €

Your donation will allow us to keep this project alive.  More important than the amount you donate, is the intention with which you do it.
