We have a pricing scale where contributions vary according to each family’s financial means. They operate based on trust, solidarity, and reciprocity.
Rates vary depending on the type of accommodation:
Assisted: For families who need financial help. This rate is available thanks to the generosity of other retirement families. Availability is limited.
Basic: covers the essential costs of your retirement.
Sustainable: This rate fully covers the costs of your retirement and contributes to the maintenance of the facilities.
Generous: In addition to covering retirement costs, your contribution helps sustain assisted living fees, fund future projects for the home, and the social programs we run. It’s a starting point, and you set the limit.
The lowest prices are available for the shared dormitory option or “no accommodation”, if you stay in your van.
Please consider paying the highest fee you can afford under your circumstances, to support other families in a more difficult financial situation.
The rates we will give you back include all meals, activities, insurances, taxes and accommodation*.
*If there are no private rooms available at Casa Cuadrau, there are other accommodation options nearby.

In order to give you a price, we need information about your family. Please fill this form.
We will contact you shortly by email or phone. To confirm your booking, we will require a deposit of 500 euros per family, either by bank transfer or via a Stripe link.
At Casa Cuadrau you can make the rest of the payment with cash or credit card.
