Meditation “Elements” with James Boag

We invited James Boag, or dear friend and yoga/ philosophy teacher to share with us a short meditation (about 15 minutes long) to cultivate gratitude, and open ourselves to nature: earth, water, air, space, fire… the elements that inhabit and sustain us. A simple practice to pause, breathe, and remember that we are part of a whole. Gratitude to the earth that sustains us, to the sun that guides us, to the air that gives us life.

We are overjoyed to share that this year James will be joining us to celebrate the Summer Solstice at Casa Cuadrau with the retreat Whole Life Yoga.
