27 Mar Gentle Yoga Session
This gentle and restorative yoga session is based on a sequence that Katya and Dani learned in Mysore, India, with their teacher Bharath Shetty.
We usually teach this sequence on the first day of retreat, as it helps us to coordinate breathing and movement. We recommend the sequence for those who are just beginning to practice yoga.
This 20-minute class is ideal for those days when we have a lower energy and can also be very therapeutic for menstruation days. It can also be a very good option after having made a significant physical effort with any sport (climbing, hiking, skiing, swimming, etc.).
This class is guided in Spanish, so it is a great opportunity to practice yoga while learning some Spanish 😉
