27 Jun Dynamic Yoga Session
We launch yoga classes online! Excited to be able to (finally) share the first yoga session for you. Many of you have asked us, when coming to our retreats, if we could post videos or classes so that you can continue practicing and learning from home.
This first practice led by Katya (20 minutes) can be good for those days when you don’t have much time and your body and mind ask you to move in a dynamic and conscious way. Connect with the movement, with your breathing and with your core and strength.
The session is in Spanish, so it is a great opportunity to learn Spanish while practicing yoga 😉
