28 Apr Meditation in Movement: the 5 Elements
Each day make sure to take some time to allow your body to release tension through movement.
Dani really likes dancing and exploring movement. In our retreats, during some of our walks, Dani guides Movement Meditation sessions to invite us to be barefoot, feel the earth, connect with nature, feel our body and merge with it.
In this Conscious Movement session proposed by Dani (19 minutes) we will explore the 5 elements through movement.
We suggest that you do first the session in silence. If you want to practice it again, we invite you to add some background music.
This session is in Spanish, so it is a great opportunity to practice Spanish while you move 😉
